Help for iPhone, Android & Tablet Users


To view the SC Johnson Professional eLearning Hub courses on a smartphone (iPhone or Android) or tablet, we recommend either using the TalentLMS Mobile App, which is free from the iPhone/iPad App Store or Google Play Store, or making certain settings changes to your Safari or Chrome mobile browser (see below).

Using the Elearning Hub on Smartphones and Tablets with the TalentLMS Mobile App

  1. Search and install the TalentLMS Mobile App.
  2. Once you open the app on your smartphone or tablet, it will ask you for the domain – this was provided in your welcome invitation email. Then you will be asked to enter your username and password. 
  3. The eLearning Hub will display the courses you have been enrolled in.


You can view and complete courses, view your progress, points and badges and your certificates.

Important Note: The Elearning Hub Course Catalog is not accessible from the mobile app. To enroll in new courses, you need to be logged into the Elearning Hub from a computer browser to access the Course Catalog.

Using the Elearning Hub on Smartphones and Tablets in the Browser


The Elearning Hub is tested to work on iPhone and Android smartphones as well as iPad, Android and Windows tablets using the Safari and Chrome browsers.

If the individual course modules do not open on your smartphone or tablet device, you may see an error message such as:

Missing Key-Pair-ID Query Parameter or Cookie Value


In this case, close the browser, and open up your phone or tablet’s settings for the Safari or Chrome browser, and change the following settings as shown below:
